Subject: Feed the Homeless
Not sure about the logistics and didnt think about it until after last Friday but a BBQ one Friday would be great.
I guess we could still do one in September.
I guess we would need a BBQ or I guess we could cook at the church and bring the BBQ food up.
Could be relatively easy--just need enough food to feed some 200
Thinking about it for Sept 28th?

We can't cook at St Vincent's takes too long to prepare enough food - plus need time to heat up and cool down to transport the cookers
But we have grilled hamburgers and hot dogs on that griddle in the OLOF kitchen and kept them warm in the oven
They turned out pretty good
We also made corn on the cob - I think we shucked about 10 dozen ears, broke in half and boiled in butter water and then stacked in alum pans to give out.
Or doctored up baked beans are always good
