Looks like we will finish 2nd to last after starting off so well and top portion of the table for much of the season.
Sure, if you would have said we'd make a run and get 3 wins before the season I would have said that would be great and it was--but losing like we did down the stretch is disappointing.
They way we looked yesterday was deserving of being back in div 2.
I recall before when they had 3 divisions on Monday we had gotten promoted to div 2 from 3 and played well for a season or two and we were disappointed to be relegated back to div 3. I think we thought after playing in div 2 we would easily defeat the div 3 teams and be back in div 2 the following season. And as I recall the opposite happened and we ended up near the bottom of div 3.
So, anyway--last night brings to an end of this winter season and we are off next Monday and looks like Winter II starts that first Monday in Feb.

It was a good run to Division I. I am happy with our record. We have done some amazing work going from Div III to Div I. Div II is almost as competitive as Div I and we know the teams a little better; therefore, we can compete better.
