As a family, we already give up meat for all Friday's of the year, so we are trying to give up TV on Mondays. Should be a struggle since it is on most of the time.

does no tv mean no tvs in room incl video games? I think it should
of course they'll fight over computers
but also give them time to get a head on there homework
